 Steve Jillings
President and Chief Executive Officer
Steve brings more than 20 years of business building experience to FrontBridge, specifically in the areas of corporate finance, sales, marketing, and technology. Steve joined FrontBridge in March 2002 and has been responsible for taking the company from a startup to a global leader in managed messaging services. Steve is tasked with driving the company's strategic direction and growth, including a primary strategic goal of building a broad portfolio of services combined with a large global distribution footprint. Steve and his team have executed on that goal. Prior to FrontBridge, Steve was a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Voyus Ltd, a recurring revenue IT services company based in Vancouver, Canada. Founded in March, 1998, Voyus grew to more than 225 employees and $22 million in service revenues within 24 months. Prior to that, Steve was President of the CRI Group of Companies, comprising four National Services firms that were sold to a Texas-based public company in 1997. Steve has been responsible for seven start ups throughout his career, taking them from inception to commercialization and eventual liquidity.
 Robert F. Chrone
Chief Financial Officer & EVP, Operations
Rob has more than 15 years experience in private and public company environments. At FrontBridge, Rob is responsible for the finance and administrative functions as well as working to manage the company's operations. Prior to working with FrontBridge, Rob was CFO of Atlas World Holdings, a private equity investment firm where his skills were utilized by many of its investor companies. Prior to Atlas, Rob was Corporate Controller; Manager of Finance, Legal & Administration at Dual Drilling, a publicly-traded offshore oil and gas drilling company. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
 Charles F. McColgan
Chief Technology Officer
Charles McColgan brings 13 years of Internet experience to his role as Chief Technology Officer. Charles is responsible for conceiving and executing a wide range of technology initiatives, including management of the programming and infrastructure teams that build FrontBridge's services and enable the Company to scale its highly-distributed network. Prior to working with FrontBridge, Charles was Vice President of Technology for Paramount Digital Entertainment (PDE), where he served as principal architect of Paramount's Web presence, including their 100+ specialized sites such as startrek.com. Prior to PDE, Charles built the information technology infrastructure that powered companies such as Alpha Media and U.S. Healthlink. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
 David J. Cohen
Vice President, Business Development
David is responsible for building and managing FrontBridge's corporate alliances and strategic relationships with major branded resellers such as Sprint Corp. David has more than 20 years experience as an executive in business development, domestic and international sales, sales management, marketing, product development, and distribution. Prior to working with FrontBridge, David was Vice President of Sales for The Mirador Group whose clients included: Time Inc., Unisys, Acura, MichConGas and MGM/UA among others. David has held management positions with CME Information Systems, U.S. Healthlink, Sperry Corp, WICAT Systems and Sun Microsystems. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from California State University, Northridge.
 Derrick Mar
Vice President, Engineering
Derrick brings more than 20 years of experience in the software industry to his role at FrontBridge, where he is responsible for all product development. Prior to joining FrontBridge, Derrick was the VP of Engineering at Entercept Security Technologies, a provider of intrusion prevention systems, which was acquired by Network Associates. Derrick's prior experience also includes various technical, leadership and management positions at TIBCO/Reuters, Teknekron Software System, MIPS Computer Systems, IBM, and Microsoft. Derrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington and a MBA from University of California, Berkeley.
 Terry Somers
Vice President, Network Operations
For more than 25 years, Terry has overseen network infrastructure development and management for top U.S. companies, including Sabre, Inc., Galileo International, Apollo Travel Services and Covia, United Airlines, and Kraft, Inc. Prior to joining FrontBridge, Terry held technology management roles at Talaris, an employee business services company and Corio, an enterprise application service provider.
 Vikki Yaller
Vice President, Client Services
Vikki has worked for more than 10 years overseeing award-winning, world class customer service and technical training in organizations ranging from multi-national enterprises such as Northrop Grumman and Viacom to entrepreneurial start-ups Geocities and eHobbies. Prior to joining FrontBridge, Vikki worked at eHobbies, where she built their customer service organization from the ground up implementing the latest technological advances including: self help on site, 24/7 phone, live chat and email support while designing work processes to be most productive and efficient without sacrificing customer experience. Currently Vikki and her team manage post-sale customer relations and client retention, including account management, technical support, customer implementation, and continuing education. Vikki holds a bachelor's degree from the University of La Verne.
 Nick Hulse
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Nick is responsible for the sales and marketing operations at FrontBridge. For more than seventeen years, Nick has been an instrumental figure in helping technology companies, both public and private, domestic and international, build successful sales channels. Since joining FrontBridge, he has accelerated the development of its OEM channel, securing some of the most prestigious systems integrators and telecommunications companies. He has extensive management experience in enterprise software, professional services, security software, managed services and IT training with companies such as Cybertek, Preventsys, Epoch Internet, Cyber Consulting, New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and Computer World Communications. Nick holds a bachelor's degree in finance & marketing from Northumberland University in the United Kingdom.
 Craig Whitney
Vice President, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
Craig has more than 14 years of business experience and is a veteran of the Information Security industry in Europe. Craig is responsible for building FrontBridge's first business operation outside of the US. Prior to joining FrontBridge, Craig was Director for Strategic Alliances, EMEA at Internet Security Systems (ISS). Craig joined ISS as part of its UK start-up team, and during his tenure he served in a variety of senior sales and marketing roles in London and ISS' European Headquarters in Brussels. Craig also held sales and management positions for the Systems Integration division of Cable & Wireless, specializing in secure remote access technology, and Federal Express Corporation.
 Kevin Merritt
Vice President, Archiving and Compliance
Kevin is currently vice president of archiving and compliance for FrontBridge Technologies, overseeing archiving and compliance technical development. Prior FrontBridge, Merritt was President, CEO and founder of MessageRite, a leading archiving technology provider acquired by FrontBridge in Aug. 2004. Prior to founding MessageRite, Merritt served as Chief Technology Officer and Director of Information Technology for The Geneva Companies, leading middle-market mergers (M&A) and acquisitions firm. An active technology executive, he designed Prospector, a purpose-built sales force customer relationship management system. Kevin's other roles include Director of Product Development for Somerset Automation, a commercial software developer, where he designed the company's flagship product. He has held various leadership roles in software engineering, systems programming, and database architecture in software development and technology companies.
