As a leading provider of email security and message management services, FrontBridge is
acutely aware of the need to protect the privacy of visitors to our corporate Web site. FrontBridge
strives to protect the privacy rights of all site visitors. This document outlines our privacy policy
for this Web site and acknowledges data that we track and store.
FrontBridge collects two types of data from site visitors:
- Anonymous data collected as visitors browse this site
- Personal information you knowingly supply via form submission
At no time does FrontBridge collect personal information about site visitors unless you provide it
to us. Information you provide to FrontBridge - including names, addresses, and contact information - is
never sold or otherwise distributed to third parties.
FrontBridge takes every precaution to safeguard site visitor and customer information from
unauthorized access. We collect and maintain customer information as necessary to provide services to
meet our customers' needs. We will honor customers' and site visitors' requests to remove their names
from our telephone or mail solicitation lists.
FrontBridge's Web tracking software collects anonymous information about each site visit, though
personal information is not collected and site visitors remain unidentified. Through Web logs, FrontBridge
monitors site traffic and statistics, including:
- The number of site visitors
- Site pages visited
- Domains and sites from which visitors come
- Site visitors' IP address and host name
FrontBridge uses this data to monitor site performance, to note popular content, and improve the
content and functionality of the site. IP addresses and host information is used for administrative
and security purposes.
Before site visitors can download certain documents (i.e., white papers, case studies, marketing
collateral), visitors are asked to provide personal and organizational information. Organizational
information is used to more fully understand your business needs and requirements, allowing
FrontBridge to better serve your interests. Your contact information is only used by FrontBridge
to contact you for follow-up and is never sold or traded to third parties.
A cookie is a small, encrypted data string our Web server writes to your system. FrontBridge
uses cookies to recognize repeat visitors to our site that have previously submitted a
Registration/Information Collection form. Once a cookie is set on your system, you will have
continual access to protected content without re-registering.
FrontBridge's Web site contains links to other web sites. Please be aware that the FrontBridge
Privacy Policy does not apply to these sites.
When providing personal and organizational information to FrontBridge, site visitors have the
opportunity to sign up for the FrontBridge eNewsletter, which is delivered electronically to the
email address supplied in the registration form. At any time, recipients of the eNewsletter can
choose to discontinue delivery by submitting an email to FrontBridge.
Opt-out emails should be sent to
newsletter@frontbridge.com with the word Unsubscribe in the subject line. The email address to
be removed from our subscription list should be included in the body of the email.
As a result of the Agreement of Intent to Acquire FrontBridge, such personal information outlined above may be transferred or made available to Microsoft (as of, or subsequent to, the close of the transaction), unless site visitor opts out of such transfer by providing notice to FrontBridge, as provided for herein.
